A common rule of thumb recommends allocating 2 portable toilets per 100 guests for a 4-hour event, and increasing this to 4 portable toilets per 100 guests for events exceeding 4 hours. However, it’s important to note that actual requirements may vary depending on factors such as the availability of food and drinks.

How far in advance should I secure a portable restroom?

We recommend contacting us at least 1 week in advance. However, we can usually fulfill short-notice orders as well.

When will the portable restroom be delivered?

For projects or events scheduled on weekdays, the rental toilets are typically delivered the day prior and collected the day after. Weekend events entail delivery on Fridays and retrieval on the subsequent Monday. Should special delivery or pickup arrangements be necessary, they can be accommodated for an extra fee.

Do I need to be on location during the delivery?

If the delivery location is clearly marked, there’s no need for you to be present. Providing pictures or a map view of the location can aid in ensuring smooth delivery. However, your presence during delivery can be advantageous in case there are any placement concerns that need immediate attention.

How frequently are the portable restrooms cleaned?

Every rental package comes with a standard weekly service, encompassing cleaning, sanitization, replenishment of fresh water and deodorant solution, as well as restocking of supplies. We offer a range of service frequency options to suit your specific needs and preferences.

Am I responsible for damage to the portable restroom?

The renter bears responsibility for any deliberate damage or vandalism inflicted upon the portable toilet and or handwash station.

Can I rent a portable restroom for just 1 day?

Absolutely! Our toilets are perfect for weekend gatherings or even single-day events. To guarantee timely delivery, we recommend contacting us at least two days before your event. This ensures smooth coordination and satisfaction for your special occasion.
